Return Policy
At Wickedly Sweet Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns and exchanges according to the following guidelines:
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items such as body scrubs and customized products are not eligible for return.
2. How to Return an Item
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at wickedlysweetcreate@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 days.
- If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know and we will process the exchange as quickly as possible.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
- If the return is due to a mistake made on our end, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
